In her old Victorian home in Angelino Heights, Cherry Ember described a hazy red presence that brought strange, vivid visions. She called it the Rad Red. That childhood memory became the heart of her 1991 debut.
Lush guitars and dreamlike vocals move through fear, tenderness, and flashes of play. Hypnopompia and Hypnagogia hover at the edge of sleep; Whiskers in the Moonlight holds a quieter grief. Then Time Tangles, Synesthesia, and Food Fight! let the light in.
At the center, three Rad Red chapters fold past, present, and future into the same haunted room.
