SYNCLEXIA RECORDS / SITE INFORMATION
Effective October 16, 2026 · Applies to music.synclexia.com
This site presents our artists, music, releases, and news. Optional Google Analytics stays off until you allow it. The site also has a contact form and public comments, and ordinary website requests involve technical data.
Who is responsible
Synclexia Records operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email admin@synclexia.com. This notice covers this music website; linked services, including the main Synclexia Portal, have their own practices.
Information this site can receive
- Website requests: our hosting and security services receive technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, time, and error or security events to deliver and protect the site. Search queries can appear in requested URLs. Do not put sensitive information in a site search.
- Contact inquiries: if you use the contact form, it asks for your name, email, service interest, and an optional message. We may receive those details to respond to you. Emailing us also shares your email address and message with us and our email provider. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
- Comments: if you post a comment, WordPress receives the comment, name, email, optional website, and technical information including IP address and browser information for moderation and spam prevention. Approved comments, the display name, and any website link may be public; your email address is not displayed as part of the comment.
- Optional Analytics: after you opt in, Google Analytics 4 receives online identifiers and information about visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, referrer, device/browser, approximate region, and engagement. Our tag removes query strings and fragments from the page URL and referrer it configures. We do not intentionally send contact-form values or comment text to Analytics.
Why we use information
We use information to serve and secure the website, answer inquiries, manage comments, prevent misuse, and, if you consent, understand site usage. Where applicable, we rely on consent for optional Analytics, steps requested by you to respond to an inquiry, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site and moderating comments, and legal obligations where required. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw Analytics consent at any time.
Cookies and your choices
Choose Allow analytics or Reject analytics in the banner. Open Cookie settings from any page to change your choice. Rejecting does not prevent access to the site or submitting an inquiry. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps Analytics off. See the Cookie Policy for storage names, durations, and withdrawal details.
We configure optional Analytics with advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization denied, and Google signals disabled in our tag. The current public site does not include checkout, payment, advertising-pixel, or newsletter-signup features in the pages reviewed. A link or invitation to subscribe does not itself create a subscription.
Services that receive connection data
Our WordPress site uses Bluehost hosting and related delivery/security services. Google receives Analytics data only when optional Analytics is allowed. The site also references Google Fonts, images hosted by Unsplash and Divi’s premade-section service, and Gravatar comment avatars. When your browser requests these external assets, the provider can receive your IP address, browser information, and referrer according to browser settings. These asset requests are separate from the Analytics choice.
Gravatar may receive a hash derived from a commenter’s email address to look up an avatar. Read the providers’ information: Google Privacy Policy, Bluehost Privacy Policy, Unsplash Privacy Policy, Elegant Themes Privacy Policy, and Automattic / Gravatar Privacy Policy.
We may use hosting, email, security, and analytics providers to operate the site, and disclose information if legally required or reasonably needed to protect rights and security. Providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. The legal safeguards and rights that apply depend on the service and applicable law.
How long information is kept
We retain inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, and address legal or security needs. Published comments and moderation records may remain with the post until removed. Hosting, security, backup, and Analytics records follow the applicable service settings and operational needs; cookie lifetimes are separate from record-retention periods. We do not promise immediate deletion from backups or records we must lawfully retain. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction, or an objection to certain processing. You may also have rights concerning sale or sharing under applicable law. Email admin@synclexia.com with enough detail to locate your information; do not include sensitive identity documents in your first message. We may reasonably verify the request and will respond as required by applicable law. You may complain to your local privacy regulator.
Withdrawing Analytics consent stops future collection through our tag and removes accessible Analytics cookies for this site; it does not automatically erase data already received by Google. Each browser and device has its own setting.
Children and security
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We use reasonable measures to protect the site, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes and contact
We may revise this notice as features or practices change and will update the effective date. Privacy and copyright inquiries: admin@synclexia.com.
